If intention and results matter, what exactly are we gaining from the so-called #BlackGirlMagic movement?

The last I checked, magic makes a difference. It has the ability to transform people, places, and things. Not emotional feel-good or temporary excitement about being a part of something. Real transmutation.

Where's the magic that makes black women better? Improves our health? Activates our power? Enables us to isolate ourselves from physical and mental degradation? Where is the real fn magic? ...I'll wait.
